We have been manufacturing solid wood furniture for over 20 years combining the Italian tradition and technology in the furniture industry with the Romanian competitiveness and its strategic position for the raw material supply. We are structured both for simple products and the most complex ones that are made in some cases with more than 150 components and an overall production process with more than 700 operations.
With a long experience in the furniture industry, we keep investing in industrial equipment in order to increase the range of products and to improve the efficiency and quality of our processes.

HISTORY
The company was founded in Romania in 1997 by its Italian owner with a long experience in the furniture industry. Since then we keep investing in industrial equipment in order to increase the range of products and to improve the efficiency and quality of our processes.

The production starts right from the logs processing and it ends with the painted and packed product – in every phase we aim at the global optimization of the production process and we have in place effective quality control procedures.

The high number of years of experience of our employees and management team allows us to select starting from this early phase the timber and to process the logs by minimizing the waste and by maximizing the efficiency in the next phases.

The automatic control systems of our dryers and the know how allow us to process every type of wood used in the furniture industry – for this critical phase we make no compromises in order to achieve the best final quality for our products.

We combine the use of technology like our CNC machines and automatic beam saws with the hand made details of our carpenters that in some cases have more than 30 years of experience.

The painting sector is organized in production lines, we have the structure and the know how that allow us to execute complex painting cycles with more than 20 operations – this way we meet the expectations of our customers.

AND PACKING

In this phase every product is accurately checked and after the final assembly of the last elements it is packed in order to preserve the integrity of the product in all the logistic steps and to facilitate its identification and storage by our customers.
We buy the logs through public auctions that are controlled by the government. The wood trading activities are controlled by the public authorities that have the mission to manage in a sustainable way the state forests.
Moreover, based on the volumes of the logs that our company purchases on an yearly basis, our firm is financing the authorities for the costs of the maintenance of the forests.
In the manufacturing process we collect all the wasted material and we use it to generate the thermal energy that our plant consumes during the year.
